An Evening in Paris - 2010 Spring Gala

It’s that time of the year when we welcome spring cherry blossoms in the Washington, DC area – join and mingle with the NAD Board of Directors, friends and colleagues for “An Evening in Paris” 2010 Spring Gala on Saturday, April 17 at the beautiful Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center.
Your participation will benefit and sustain the NAD and its tireless work on behalf of the American deaf community.
Sheena McFeely, as event coordinator, has wonderful plans for a memorable and festive celebration that includes cocktail hour from 6 to 7 pm and an elegant three-course dinner from 7 to 8 pm. Jackie Roth is the emcee for the program at 8 pm that includes remarks by President Bobbie Beth Scoggins, a special tribute to Anita B. Farb whose tenure at the NAD spanned over two decades, entertainment by Jonathan Kovacs & Company and a brief live auction. After the program ends you will have the opportunity to mingle with the NAD Board, catch up with old friends and make new friends until 11 pm. You will also be able to have your photograph taken, and much more!
This event is also made possible through the generous sponsorship of Access Interpreting, Gallaudet University, National Technical Institute for the Deaf at RIT, Purple Communications, and ZVRS at the Arc de Triomphe level. Additional sponsors include Verizon at the Musee du Louvre level, Sorenson and Deaf Access Solutions at the Champs Elysees level, and CSD at the River Seine level.
