Welcome to 2013 Jr. NAD Chapter Pre-Registration Form!

For each participant, please fill out the required fields below. Each chapter can send up to two delegates, two observers, and two advisors.  Upon submission, you will be directed to a payment page. The cost is $50 per participant.
