Video/Camera Policy
The NAD hires a professional audio-visual company for filming events, a professional still photographer, and blog/vloggers. All others, whether for personal use or for news/media use, MUST comply with the following guidelines:
There will be no filming during any performances and major events.
Videographers of workshops and the exhibit hall must get written permission of all subjects and no event/program can be disrupted. Workshop contents are the intellectual propertyof presenters, and the presenter(s) must grant specific permission.
No lights shall be used. No extra floodlights or spotlights may be set up. In particular, no flash (for still photography) may be used during performances. This not only disturbs anddistracts performers, but also interferes with the lighting set up by the audio-visual company.
