Deposits/Cancellation
All reservations require either a credit card as a guarantee or a deposit equal to one (1) night guest room and tax. If you send a deposit rather than use your credit card, the deposit must be paid within 14 days of making your guest room reservation. Guest room cancellations, if needed, must be made no later than 6:00 pm three (3) days before your scheduled arrival date to avoid penalty. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival will result in forfeited deposit.
