The registration refund schedule below is applicable in the event of cancellations, except for medical emergencies or death in family (written documentation is required):

Postmark Deadline	Refund Amount
Before March 31, 2012	75%
April 1-30, 2012	50%
May 1-31, 2012	25%
After May 31, 2012	0%
