National Association of the Deaf

Long-time member of the National Association of the Deaf (NAD) and prominent deaf advocate Marcella M. Meyer passed away at the age of 84 in Los Angeles. Ms. Meyer was involved in interpreter issues as a NAD member. Her passionate activism has made this a better world and she will be missed! The July-August issue of the NADmag will include a feature article on the life of Marcella Meyer. An obituary appeared in the LA Times.
