NAD Explores Legal Implications of Netflix's Failure to Provide Captioning

In January 2011 the National Association of the Deaf (NAD) began collaborating with the Disability Rights Education and Defense Fund (DREDF) and Lewis, Feinberg, Lee, Renaker & Jackson, P.C., a premiere civil rights law firm, to explore the legal implications of the failure of Netflix to provide closed captioning on "Watch Instantly" streamed movies.

Please send all concerns and complaints about Netflix's captioning to:
http://www.nad.org/forms/contact-nad
(Select "Law & Advocacy" for "Area of Interest" and fill in the form)

The NAD is committed to addressing the failure of Netflix to provide captioning and will let you know about emerging developments.
