Founded in 1984, Philadelphia's Mural Arts Program has painted nearly 3,000 murals throughout the city, providing art as a "city service" to neighborhoods. The city-supported program works in partnership with community residents, grassroots organizations, government agencies and others to create murals of enduring value while actively engaging youth in the process.

What You Need to Know
NAD Cancellation Policy
The following refund schedule for registration is applicable in the event of cancellations, except for medical emergencies or death in family (written explanation is required).

Combo Registration
(Pre-Conference Only)
If you plan to attend most of the Conference, you save money by purchasing the Combo.
The Combo includes: Basic Registration (Workshops/Commissions, Exhibits, Business Meetings, Member Forum, Conference Program Book, Tote Bag), Welcome Ceremony, College Bowl Finals, Miss Deaf America Finals. Meal events are not included in the Combo. Meal events are optional.

Non-Combo Registration
(Pre-Conference and On-Site)
The Non-Combo is perfect for individuals who plan to attend the conference for one or two days. Non-Combo registrants can pick and choose which events they want to attend. Non-Combo registrants must pay a “one-time” basic registration fee in addition to the cost of individual events.
The Non-Combo Basic Registration (required) includes: Workshops/Commissions, Business Meetings, Member Forum, Conference Program Book, and Tote Bag.
