
The National Association of the Deaf (NAD) and TDI (Telecommunications for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Inc.) need you to take a survey about your Video Relay Service and "advanced communications and equipment" experiences to help our organizations and partners best advocate on behalf of best deaf, hard of hearing, and deaf-blind community members in our comments to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) notice for proposed rulemaking (NPRM) [2] that seeks to understand the way in which they should implement the requirements of Sections 716 and 717, which were added by Section 104 of Title I of the 21st Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act (CVAA). In the NPRM, the FCC asks many questions about how deaf, hard of hearing, and deaf-blind people use Video Relay Services and other types of advanced communication services.
