Howard A. Rosenblum is the Chief Executive Officer of the National Association of the Deaf (NAD). Mr. Rosenblum has been a lawyer for twenty-nine years, including: ten years at the NAD; nine years as a Senior Attorney at Equip for Equality, a nonprofit organization in Illinois; and ten years with a private law firm. He currently serves as the legal advisor to the World Federation of the Deaf. In 2010, he was appointed by President Obama to serve on the U.S. Access Board and was reappointed in 2014. Mr. Rosenblum received his law degree from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law (1992), and his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona (1988).

Glenn B. Anderson, Ph.D, an alumnus of Gallaudet University, Dr. Anderson also earned his Master’s degree from the University of Arizona and doctoral degree from New York University. Prior to his retirement in December 2020, he was a Full Professor in the Interpreter Education Program at the University of Arkansas-Little Rock. Also, prior to his work at the University of Arkansas-Little Rock, he had a 26-year career as Director of Training with the federally funded University of Arkansas Rehabilitation Research and Training Center for Persons who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. He is currently chair of the Gallaudet University Board of Trustees and a Commissioner for the Commission on Collegiate Interpreter Education (CCIE). In May 2017, he was presented with a Doctor of Humane Letters Honorary degree during Gallaudet University’s 147th commencement. He previously served on the boards of the Arkansas Association of the Deaf (AAD), the National Council on Disability (NCD), and the National Black Deaf Advocates (NBDA).
