#NAD2022 Credentials Form

LISA: Hello! I’m Lisa Rose, NAD Region III Board member and your co-chair for the Council of Representatives (COR).

MILMAGLYN: Hi! I’m Milmaglyn Morales, NAD Region I Board member and your other co-chair for COR this year. The purpose of this video is to explain about the credentials process this year. As you know, #NAD2022 this summer is quickly approaching. COR is where Delegates representing State Associations and Organizational Affiliates gather during the Biennial NAD Conferences. Lisa, would you mind sharing more about the credential certificate form?

LISA: Sure. The credential certificate is for you to count your members which leads me to my next point, the NAD Bylaws. The Bylaws says once we are closer to the Biennial NAD Conference, the NAD is responsible in receiving membership reports (your registered members) from State Associations and Organizational Affiliates. We have an online form for you to fill out. We’ll send you a link. The first question will ask you which form do you want to fill out, you will need to choose between State Association or Affiliates. After you choose between one of those options, you will be asked for your name, your role, name of your organization, and the total number of your registered members. We will receive and review your report. We will let you know the number of delegates your organization can send to the NAD Conference.

MILMAGLYN: You will need to count the number of registered members you have from November 1, 2020 to March 15, 2022. We ask that you report honestly. If you’re not sure how to report your membership numbers or need to clarify anything, feel free to email us at [email protected].

LISA: Let me tell ya, we are so excited!

MILMAGLYN: We sure are.

LISA: We look forward to working with you, from now until the conference!

BOTH: Yay!

MILMAGLYN: Thank you!
