#NLTC2023 Presenter FAQs

How do I register with my Presenter Discount? Contact [email protected] for your unique Presenter Code. When you register, you will be asked to enter your Presenter Code to process your registration. 

Where can I pick up my badge? You can pick up your badge at the NAD Registration Desk at the Hotel Albuquerque. We encourage you to give yourself enough time to pick up your badge before your workshop. Note: all presenters are required to register for the conference. 

What materials and handouts are required? Attendees learn best when provided with printouts of presentation slides and relevant handout materials. Email your PowerPoint presentation and any electronic format of the handouts to [email protected] by August 20th, 2023 to be shared with all attendees, especially for those who require documents before the workshops such as interpreters/CART. 

How long is my workshop? Your session is 75 minutes. All panel sessions, solo presentations, workshops, core conversations adhere to a very precise schedule and time limit. Attendees get 15 minute breaks between workshops. Please be considerate of the workshop scheduled after yours. The next presenter will also need adequate time to set up and prepare for their presentation. Please arrive at your assigned room at least 15 minutes before your start time to set up your presentation. 

What equipment or materials will be provided for my presentation? Each room will have a small riser (stage platform) for you to stand on, an LCD projector, laptop, and a screen.  You will need to use the provided laptop. Your digital presentation will be saved onto the laptop, ready for you to use. The wifi may not be available so you are strongly encouraged to save your presentation on a USB flash drive as a back-up.  Flip-pad poster/easel stands as well as markers will be provided upon request. Other additional audio-visual equipment is available at your expense.
