Kick off #NAD2026 with Early Registration (Round I). The NAD Board (2024–26) convenes for a pre-conference meeting. Exhibit setup takes place.
Wednesday, July 1, 2026
Networking begins for the Council of Representatives (COR), followed by a group luncheon and afternoon workgroups. The Exhibit Hall opens. Evening highlights include the President’s Reception and the official Open Ceremony with Awards presentations.
Thursday, July 2, 2026
A full day of conference programming with workshops in the morning and afternoon. COR continues with Sessions 1 and 2, a midday forum, and an early afternoon caucus. The Exhibit Hall is open. Evening events feature the Cultural Extravaganza.
Friday, July 3, 2026
Workshops continue across multiple tracks including NAD, RID Region V, National Deaf Education, and Deaf in Government. COR sessions 3 and 4 are held throughout the day, along with caucuses. The Exhibit Hall remains open. The evening includes a private VIP Mixer followed by the College Bowl Mixer and competition.
Saturday, July 4, 2026
Board meetings continue in the morning with orientation in the afternoon. Workshops and exhibits resume, including a Free Deaf Market Day open to the local Deaf community. The day closes with a festive Conference Bash.
Sunday, July 5, 2026
No scheduled events. This is the primary departure day for all remaining attendees.
