Discrimination against the Deaf, DeafBlind, DeafDisabled, Hard of Hearing, and Late Deafened communities extends far beyond social exclusion; it also creates a substantial economic toll. Join us for an enlightening webinar as we delve into the multifaceted repercussions of discrimination on the Deaf population, uncovering its profound economic implications. In this webinar, we will explore how systemic barriers, attitudinal biases, and inaccessible environments contribute to economic disparities within the Deaf communities. From limited employment opportunities to disparities in healthcare access and education, discrimination permeates various facets of life for Deaf people, resulting in tangible financial barriers.
